I am a native Spanish speaker from México with a degree in English literature and Spanish from a US university. My favorite hobby is reading and questioning what I read. There is definitely one thing that inspired me to become a Spanish instructor; my linguistic Spanish classes. Why? Because the linguistic analysis help me understand the power of communication and the importance of learning and mastering more than one language. Being bilingual not only helps me communicate effectively with others but also opens a window through which I can experience different cultures as well as parts of myself I didn't know existed.
